Shipping Policy
SIMPLYBUBBI ships orders with tracked delivery options. Delivery estimates begin after order processing and are shown in business days. Processing can take up to 5 business days unless a product page or checkout message says otherwise.
Shipping Rates
Available rates and exact prices are shown at checkout based on destination and order value. Free tracked shipping is available on eligible orders of 55 or more in the checkout currency.

Tracking
When your order dispatches, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking can take time to update after the label is created.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address before checkout. If you notice an error, contact support@simplybubbi.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can only update an address before the order has been processed or dispatched.
Delays, Customs, and Duties
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, and local service disruptions can add time. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, brokerage, or import fees charged by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
Lost or Stalled Packages
If tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time or your package appears lost, contact us at support@simplybubbi.com. We will review the tracking details and help with the next step.
